Lloyd HVAC met and exceeded my high expectations. From the office staff and owner, to the technician everybody was pleasant and helpful. My AC unit did not turn on in the spring. They were able to help provide me with the information I needed and send out a technician quickly. Lloyd HVAC is a local firm (Beach/Scarborough). that I have now had 4 separate experiences with, the most recent, the installation of a new Napoleon furnace. They are friendly, efficient and good value. They cleaned up the work area when finished. We have been using Lloyd HVAC for about 10 years. During that time they have replaced our furnace, air conditioning system and hot water heater as well as doing semi-annual maintenance. Their office administrator makes it easy to book appointments and all of the technicians we have had have been very competent, pleasant and easy to deal with. I have used Lloyd HVAC for many years now. They perform annual maintenance and repairs on my furnace and AC, and have always done an incredible job. Their maintenance plan is reasonably priced and technicians do an extremely thorough job (they even fully clean my outdoor AC equipment as part of the plan).
