It means the number on your quote is the number you pay. That includes the furnace unit, all labour, permits, inspection, removal and disposal of your old furnace, and site cleanup. No hidden fees, no surprise line items, no “oh, we also need to charge for…” conversations.

How long does a furnace replacement take?
