My furnace seems fine — do I still need maintenance?

Yes. Most furnace problems don’t show symptoms until they’re already serious. A cracked heat exchanger, a failing ignitor, or a dirty burner can all operate silently until they cause a full breakdown — or worse, a safety issue. Maintenance catches these before you notice anything wrong.

Will the technician try to sell me a new furnace?

No. Our technicians are there to maintain your furnace, not sell you a new one. If we find something that genuinely needs attention, we’ll tell you honestly — but we never use maintenance visits as a sales opportunity. That’s not how we operate.
